Cousin's meeting

One of those very rare occasions when all grandchildren could be gathered

and the grandparents took them to the zoo and botanical garden in Stuttgart.

6 cousins met then - one was still too young to join in.

 

 

 

And now look at this - exactly 42 years later

 

 

Well, you wont be able to recognize anybody but

I can tell so much that the cousins on the first picture -

the four from the left were present (take out the grandfather - my father)

with their spouses.

The two little girls on the old photo could not be present at this

DH is running with a hat on.

The photographer on the new picture

is the first boy from the left on the old photo.

 

Sitting at the head of the table is the girlie 

on her grandfather's knee (my daughter).

 

Search for the boy in lederhosen (leather pants) (and my son):

His now nearly bald head (sorry boy - if you should read this)

is showing behind his wife's -- left side of the photo.

 

The photos happend this summer on August 11, 2012

in front of our farmhouse in the French Vosges.
