Our trip to the Palatinate (Pfalz) - a wellknown wine growing region

We were walking 6 hours

We started at Sankt Martin - a beautiful village -
every second house sells wine or apples and walnuts
every other house is a restaurant

Down there is the village - climbed more than 400 m



The sight was lovely, the woods coloured



 

An intensive look at the map - later we took the wrong way which was so much longer

"too many cooks spoil the broth"

never mind - the day was lovely -

only about 20 raindrops

back in the village Sankt Martin

  

That's where we drank coffee and new wine, 673 m high on the mountain,
its name is Kalmit -
 we were lucky, they close on November 1.
